At STACKED, we’re committed to getting your favorite sauces to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, timeframes, and policies.
Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed.
- During high-demand periods, such as holidays or sales, processing may take up to 7 business days to be fulfilled.
- In the event of a viral video, it can take up to 14 business days to get orders out the door, but we do our best to communicate delays with our customers. Just be sure to check your spam/promotions folders.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. For orders over $50, we offer free standard shipping within the U.S.
Delivery Timeframes

- Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS), and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
- If available, international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties required by their country.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@stackedsauces.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage for faster resolution.
- For lost packages, please allow 7 business days from the estimated delivery date before reaching out. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- We process orders quickly, so please contact us at info@stackedsauces.com immediately if you need to update or cancel your order.
- Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Return to Sender or Incorrect Address
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to confirm your details. Reshipping fees may apply.
